Whisper allows for real-time exchange of information about financed invoices between invoice financing entities, without revealing any business secrets. It works by hashing the relevant information on the invoice and sharing only those hashes with a centrailzed instance, preserving privacy while checking for duplicates.  It allows for real-time protection against double financing fraud, and can support various document types and fraud attempt variations. Whisper instance can be hosted on-premise or in the cloud, making sure all regulatory requirements are met. Most importantly, no senstiive information leavese the system of the invoice financing entity at any point in time, making sure there are no risks accompanied with usual data breaches.
